GNOME Goals rock!

Yesterday Michiel and I made a plan: fix 3 GNOME modules each day in order to complete a GNOME Goal that makes all modules use the file po/LINGUAS instead of embedding all language codes into configure.ac or configure.in directly.
Michiel patched bug-buddy, eog and gdm2 shortly after I had done the same for Evince, Sound Juicer and Totem:

Today Michiel did vte, gnome-applets and gnome-backgrounds and I patched the GNOME panel and the gnome-menus and gnome-media modules during a very inspiring hacking session while travelling by train:

- gnome-panel
- gnome-menus
